Work Experience:

Feb 2007 - June 2009 Ki Professional Services Group

Payroll Manager. Responsible for processing of payrolls for 800-900

employees ranging from Union employees to employees in overseas locations.

Contracts are currently located in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait and 10 other

states. Included in the payroll processing lies the responsibility for all

weekly tax deposits, 401k reports and payments as well as child support and

union dues. Taxes are done on a weekly basis as well as quarterly and

yearly to include W-2's. Transitioned from the NAVISION accounting system

and an outside, third party, payroll processing to the DELTEK and Time

Collection System and to processing of all payrolls in house. Converted the

tax reporting and payment system from in house to Ceridian.

Jul 2005 - Feb 2007 ARCTEC Services

Payroll/Benefits Manager. Responsible for the overall operation of the

payroll department for the SSPARS contract located in California,

Massachusetts, Alaska, Thule, Greenland and Fylingsdale, UK. Responsible

for all aspects of payroll to include taxes (weekly, monthly, quarterly),

union payments, 401K contributions, medical benefits and other plans

currently available to the employees. Transitioned from AS400 Payroll

System to DELTEK Time Collection System.

Feb 2002 - Jul 2005 Maytag Aircraft Corporation

. Assistant Accounting Manager. Covering all aspects of the payroll manager

to include all administration of benefits.

. Proposal Manager. Responsible for data collection, processing, pricing

and costing for Government proposals. Researched vehicle and manning

costs. Developed spreadsheets to show costs for labor.

. Payroll Manager. Responsible for all aspects of payroll operations and

accounting. Using Business Works software processed payroll for over 650

employees in 17 different states and 5 countries. Processed all taxes and

quarterly reports to include year end W-2's.

Jul 1998 - Nov 2001 Owner, L&S Trucking

Trucking company provides long-distance transport of goods in Arizona,

California, Nevada and Colorado through lease to JH Sims Trucking Company,

Ontario, CA. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all state and

federal regulations pertaining to operation of independently-owned trucking

operation.

Sep 1999 - Jul 2001 Assistant Program Manager/Supply Manager,

CABACO, Inc.

While continuing to perform the duties of Supply Manager, assumed

responsibility for operational control of a maintenance crew of 13-17

personnel, workload scheduling, indefinite quantity work cost estimate

preparation, inspection of incoming units, and reporting work status to

Government Officials to provide family housing maintenance to 826 units at

the Marine Corps Air Station, Yuma, AZ. Computer related functions

included entry of accounting data for inventory, updates and

reconciliation, data gathering and analysis, and production of reports for

Government review utilizing Atlas 2000( Maintenance Management Program.

Ensured timely availability of materials, prepared purchase orders,

negotiated with vendors, and verified and approved purchase of materials

and supplies to ensure project support. Decreased inventory from $105, 00+

to less than $1300.00 at contract end without hampering contract

operations.

Inc.

Processed weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for 400 - 500 employees in three

states, applying the requirements of wage determinations and collective

bargaining agreements. Prepared and verified direct deposit files and

transmitted files to the Automated Clearing House. Updated employee master

records in payroll and accounting systems on a daily basis. Prepared

workers compensation reports for payment on a monthly basis and

participated in all audits. Processed and tracked incoming and outgoing

monies for the corporation to include deposits and usage of the corporate

2.5 million dollar line of credit, dealing with two individual banks and

five individual accounts. Responsible for receipt, review, posting and

payment of all accounts payable for the corporation ($1-$1.5 million per
