1996 - 2000. Duties included the installation of 41000 LF of 30" DIP water
and force mains, aerial crossing, pile driving, & caps, class V beams,
micro tunnels, and jack & bores. Coordination of testing, review and
approval of monthly payments to the Contractor, and all record keeping
required for the project.

1993 - 1996. Responsible for coordination of testing, review and approval
of monthly payments to the Contractor, and all record keeping required for
the project. Other duties included the installation of 48" PCCP, 30" DIP,
aerial and sub aquatic crossing, jack & bores, MOT and road restoration.
Senior Bridge Inspector
Responsible for all phases of bridge construction including pile driving,
pile caps, reinforcing steel, concrete deck placement, electrical,
drainage, asphalt, underwater inspections, and daily and weekly reports.
Coordinated inspections of the installation and restoration of twin 72" RCP
across for an airport runway. Installation of new electrical system,
electrical slide gates, oil/water separation system, and concrete
headwalls. Coordinated meetings with DCAD program managers and FAA

1993. Responsibilities included steel erecting and painting, cast-in-place
concrete substructures, composite deck and station structure. Truss
erecting, S.I.P. roof decking and hot rubber roofing, concrete spall
repair, and reinforced gunite. Tile and glass block installation,
plumbing, electrical conduit, and duct bank installation. Railroad track -
continuous welded rail (CWR), and reinstallation and alignment.

1991 - 1993. Experience included placing all storm water management
devices, corrugated metal pipe, reinforced concrete pipe, and reinforced
concrete elliptical pipe. Responsible for inspections of earthwork,

inspections. Helped to maintain daily records and logs for Delaware DOT.
