Accomplished office manager with diverse administrative and supervisory

skills develeloped over 15+years in dental and medical practices. Have

performed all duties within the daily running of any practice, works well

under stress, always meet deadlines and always under budget. A very strong

motivator of staff and physicians, have excellent communication skills.

is excellent of all insurances including HMO's PPO's as well third party

patient flow. Organizing of practices that may not be very profitable is

TITLE: Office Administrator

Duties: include daily running of a staff of 38, 7 doctors, and 4 midwifes

and 2 nurse practitioners. Running the business to full ability at 3

different locations, hiring of staff. Increasing organization, that in

turns always increases the revenue. Cutting overhead as low as it can go.

Handling disciplinary actions of the staff if needed.

Billing and collections of about 180 patients per day, managing a phone

room of 24 lines and 3 phone operators., front desk staff of 3 and the

nursing schedule.

practices such as deposits, production, as well as staff conducts. Profit

and loss reports. Could always stay on budget. Held weekly staff meeting on
