shooting of computers (1 example is some of the keyboard keys are not working while
other keyboard are functioning normally i went into control panel, fonts icon and Found

font table later installed with software so i deleted the software table and then restarted
the computer and it worked fine).
30 Run macaffee virus scans periodically on infected computers during the college semester

31 During semester breaks would find out what software instructors need. Each computer
lab the next semester and then would do several things(make sure I had the correct
number of functioning complete computers and then would take 1 of the computers in the
classroom make sure that I had all the software installed on computers that the
instructors needed and would virus scan it make sure it was clean and then use a
program called ghost and hookup 2 hard drives to the computer switching the jumper on
the hard drive to slave using the ghost program make an exact copy of the original hard
drive. When that that program finished I now had 2 exact hard drives completed and I
would repeat that process over and over 2 completed hard drives became 4, 4 became 8
and so forth until one computer lab was finished and ready. Then I would check with
purchasing department to make sure I had all software licenses). I repeated this for all
