• Managed portfolio of corporate loans and associated products including syndicated loans, letters of credit, and FX denominated

corporate loans

• Involved in all aspects of corporate loans including leveraged loans (TRS), position reconciliation with counterparties and closers,

debt

restructurings, events of default, and risk management of corporate loans book.

• Responsibilities also included ad hoc projects for management teams including interaction with Federal Reserve auditors, process

improvement and implementation, and daily reporting of metrics to upper level management teams.

• Interaction with distressed loan closing and legal teams as well as loans trading desk.
