• Set up Contractors with equipment and provide Contractors with access

t o our software I.e. Swift and other programs

• Work with management/IT to Ensure PC load form is filled out &

associates system is ready on start date to ensure all New

h ires/transfers/contractors have software on system required to their work

needs

• Send new hire welcome email with all pertinent forms to complete prior to

s tart date or on starting date, touch base with new hire after first week to

assist with any questions new hire may have

• Book t ravel arrangements for New H i re's, assist associates and

m anagement with time entries, questions, miscellaneous reports,

meetings, client giveaways, supplies for associates/management and
