on all matters related to human resources and labor relations in all levels
of interaction with government officials, other state agencies, community
organizations and the general public. Organizes the human resource
functions of the agency, conduct studies of internal organization units to
determine methods of enhancing services, including access to extremely
confidential information and materials associated with pending
reorganizations and collective bargaining negotiations. Oversee the
negotiation of all agency personal services contracts.

improve the current process used to issue film tax credit and simplify the

I have worked on numerous campaigns from the local to the statewide level

Banking, and assisted with the Friends and Family program, as well as
helping out in any other capacity I was needed. In 2009, I was the
Downstate Political Director for U.S. Senate Candidate David Hoffman.
