PROFFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

US NAVY, USSOCCENT/Intelligence Directorate 2007-

2010

Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge. Intelligence Specialist Senior Chief

directly supervised approximately 60 military and civilian personnel

working within the Intelligence Directorate, Special Operations Command,

Central. Also served as Senior Enlisted Leader for the Navy Element of

USSOCCENT, (700 member command). Advised the Commander on training,

logistics, personnel and unit readiness requirements and ensured unit

cohesion while deployed throughout the Middle East. Responsible for

leadership, mentorship, training, evaluation of work performance, personnel

awards, re-enlistments, promotions, punishments, schools, and orders.

. Responsible for a 10 % increase in manning and an almost 100%

promotion and retention rate within Intelligence Directorate.

. Led initiative to reallocate personnel within the command to improve

efficiency and sustainability.

. Selected to be lead representative to the planning team that developed

the plan to construct and man two new organizational structures, (one

in the US and one overseas) to improve support to two war fronts.

. Managed $4 million budget.

US CENTRAL COMMAND, TAMPA, FL 2003-2007

Intelligence Analyst. Processed current and historical data collected -

generating intelligence-based assessments for use by tactical operators,

planners, and leadership. Subject matter expert for all intelligence

matters dealing with counter intelligence in assigned area of

responsibility. Interfaced with representatives from other government and

intelligence organizations. Provided advice to specific contacts, such as

Team Chief, Chief, or Survey Analysis Centers. Produced finished

intelligence - including detailed studies and briefings briefed to national

intelligence agencies and senior national leadership.

US NAVAL FORCES CENTRAL COMMAND 2001-2003

Senior Intelligence Analyst. Lead Intelligence Analyst on staff of Deputy

Commander, 5th Fleet. Responsible for intelligence production and analysis

of over 25 countries with the AOR related to terrorism, counter terrorism,

chemical and biological weapons, weapons of mass destruction, Leadership

and Maritime Interdiction Operations, Special Operations Special

Reconnaissance Capabilities, and Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation

Iraqi Freedom. Prepared and presented daily briefings to Flag Officers.

Managed multiple highly classified programs, oversaw various contractors,

government agencies, and government activities

ORLANDO POLICE DEPARTMENT, Orlando, FL 1982-2002

Master Police Officer. Expert in conducting detailed analytical

investigations and preparing complex investigative reports for State and

Federal prosecution. Eight years experience in joint HIDTA task-force

(Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation) as Undercover Organized Crime Agent

and Technical Agent. In-Service Training Unit Instructor with thousands of

instructor-student contact hours. Held the following titles during career:

Undercover Organized Crime Agent, Technical Agent, Hostage Negotiator,

Detective/Investigator, Squad Supervisor, Academy Lead Instructor, Training

Officer, Special Team Member and Patrol Officer.
