for 70% of over 1100 pages of documentation.
Researched material by interviewing subject matter experts. Used
traditional FrameMaker to develop a single-source user guide and
online help system. Created a beginner's tutorial, getting

Developed administrator documentation for the Falcon Case Manager
Server running on a Sun Sparc workstation. Wrote application
developer and administrator documentation for the Java and
