Volunteer

I have held volunteer positions of all kinds. I have worked in the church Student Ministry as a

leader since 1997. I have been a Sunday School teacher to 5 year olds and Vacation Bible School

teacher to 3rd – 12th g raders. For a year I taught a weekly missions meeting with girls ages 6-12. In

t he past, my husband has been a Student Minister and I have worked very closely with him in this.

We have jointly taught Parent Project (a program designed to strengthen parenting skills of those

w ith t roubled teens). I have volunteered at the Baptist Children’s Home numerous times. My final

semester in college included an internship at Dove Vocational Academy (a facility for girls ages 15 –

18 who are repeat offenders).
