Building Commissioner and Chief Inspector for 15 years in Tennessee's

fastest growing county. Successful management of multiple Inspectors and

office staff including training, hiring, and scheduling. Daily interaction

with county staff, commissioners, county citizens, builders, and

contractors; both personally and via telephone. Monthly report to County

Commission on all activities in Building Commissioner's Office. Weekly

Commission meetings open to the public. Secretary to Planning,

Construction, and Appeals Boards: Arrange and publish all meetings and

agendas.

Before this I was a Licensed General Contractor. I have experience in

building construction both residential and commercial. I have experience in

the laundry business because I owned one 30 plus years ago, and I also have

knowledge installing the equipment in that time frame. I have hands on and

management experience in both fields of construction. I also have worked in

the Scale Business. I think this would bring to light that I have a wide

field of knowledge.
