My responsibilities consisted of helping customers out when they

called in about their credit card statements, retaining customer

accounts when they want to close them, and helping the customers

get lower annual percentage rates. I also helped them with

billing questions and whatever questions they had about their

accounts. I worked for T-Mobile as well, doing customer service.

I tracked packages for the customers and helped with orders that

needed to be completed.

. I began with Center Partners working with their credit card

customers and then I was promoted to taking care of T-

Mobile accounts

2004 - 2007

Parkwood Estates - Fort Collins, CO

Care Provider

My responsibilities as a care provider were giving resident's

daily baths, getting them dress and taking them to the dining

room for each meal. I also did housekeeping, changing their bed

linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming and make their beds.

. At Parkwood Estates, I enjoyed working with the elderly,

listening to their stories, visiting with those that didn't

have family to visit them and building a good relationship

with each resident.
