enterprise. Management responsibilities extending across all Americas
markets. Key accomplishments:
. Assembled, reorganized and reallocated resources based on geographic and
technical expertise resulting in increased ability to respond to
customers and assess potential revenue generating opportunities by 50%.

. Redesigned engineering tools to reflect the product's proper engineering
metrics thereby allowing correct product engineering, appropriate
pricing, and reduction in necessary man-hours to properly develop the

telecommunications converged voice and data network consisting of locations

Managed the Operations department including all vital Operations, Services,
and Engineering issues, as well as supporting Strategic Network Planning,
Network Management/Field Service Engineering, Carrier Services, and IT/IS
departments. Key accomplishments:
. Expanded all the existing facilities (NY, NJ and Moscow) and implemented
new ones (Shanghai, Los Angeles, Prague and London) to remedy congested
network infrastructure due to growth of customer base. Redesigned all
operational services to accommodate the expanded network supporting a 50%
increase in revenues over an 18 month period.
. Developed, integrated, and managed the OSS platform for the Operations
and Carrier Services department to perform NMS, provisioning, fraud
management, customer support, quality assurance, accounting/CDR mediation,
and marketing/financial analysis functions, for a multi node converged
voice and data network.
