Increased the shippable pounds per day on the primary Tomato sauce

line from 77,000 to 118,000 pounds per day. Annual savings in
direct labor of over $1,000,000.
Direct labor costs on the Tomato sauce line reduced to $0.06 per

pound from $0.09 per pound by increasing production rates. Annual

Following an unsuccessful union drive the preceding spring prior to my

joining the company, implemented significant human resource improvements
including employee communication meetings, weekly team huddles, pit

• Coordinated production planning and ensured the operating efficiency of
Extrusion, injection molding and assembly departments are operating under a
high volume, high speed and are compliant with the FDA regulations.
• Managed a 24 hour operation of about 150 employees and four direct reports.
