Objective Seeking an administrative, training and or supervisory position with a firm or organization that
values providing a quality product and/or service.
Qualifications 12 years experience, in addition to military training representing the leading technology
manufacturer. Primary responsibilities included overseeing and managing up to 42 manufacturing
technicians, systems problem solving, implementation of new processes, preventative
maintenance, automation and developing training.
Effective Communicator Detail Oriented Organized

Achievements As a paralegal, I was required to prepare legal arguments, draft pleadings and motions to be
filed with the court and organize and track files of case documents. In additioin, I was
responsible for running the claims department which investigated insurance claims (including
medical malpractice claims), negotiating settlements and authorized payments.
As a court reporter, typically required to take verbatim reports of speeches, conversations, legal
proceedings, meetings, and other events when written accounts of spoken words are necessary
for correspondence, records, or legal proof and transcribe them.
As a production supervisor was responsible for preventative maintenance management, shift
goaling and proper floor support for other functional areas. Communicated and coordinated
with other areas best WIP movement strategies. Collected and evaluated operating data to
conduct on-line equipment adjustment and ensured process optimization. Developed a time
phased start-up plan that involved training, process verifications, quality assurance testing,
scrap management and procedure documenting. Met all operations goals and deadlines with a
highly trained production team that exceeded manufacturing standards.
Assisted other areas of the factory to coordinate their excursionary data by presenting
information to the specific module teams. For example, wet etch was causing a sphere
excursion, helped implement a best known method for the 100% scan and data recipe capture
in Klarity.
Selected to oversee the infrastructure upgrade of a high priority project, I conducted extensive
research and analysis to determine the most efficient transfer of data from one site to another
with minimal loss of downtime and unnecessary implementation expenditures. My proposal
involved recommending and implementing wiring, server and router upgrades needed for the
systems to successfully communicate from the factory to the computer room and identify the
subnets to be appropriately programmed to transfer from one site to the other. This upgrade
enabled Intel to use dead space in an empty factory and reclaimed test wafers locally, saving
the company 6 million dollars annually.
