Nationwide Energy Partners, LLC Project Administrator July 2008 -
Present
Built and maintained the Commercial Customer relationships within the organization. This included meeting with the Owner’s
Associations and answering questions and providing full reporting and documentation on their communities as well as
communications with the Property Managers of these communities and members of the Board of Directors. Investigated and
resolved problems and issues that affect the Common Area Usage billings for these communities. Learned the basics of utility
sub-metering and how it works and basic utility rate structures of the host utility providers. I was also put in charge of
responding to consumer complaints filed against the company with the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney’s Office. I
assisted the division President with administrative duties and with business development tasks as assigned. I was the company
representative for the Columbus Apartment Association and also served as the chair person of the event committee, planning
team building and other events as well as coordinating volunteer opportunities with our corporate offices. Most recently I was
responsible for the processing of all move transactions of residents in and out of our billing system. Answered residential
customer service calls which included processing payments and assisting customers with questions regarding rates and other
billing issues.
KB Home Orlando, LLC Forward Planning Coordinator July 2004 –
June 2008
Responsible for the support six Forward Planning Managers including scheduling, check requests, keeping project manuals up to
date and formatting and updating the project book which outlined all projects and communities the division was currently
working and assisted each Planner in maintaining the project budgets as they related to the Land Planning Department. I was
also responsible for setting up vendor accounting, maintaining their files and processing all invoicing for these vendors. In this

capacity I dealt with many of the state and local jurisdictions in nine different Florida Counties and gained a basic knowledge of
each jurisdiction’s requirements throughout the planning process. For each new project/community I prepared, submitted and
recorded the Articles of Incorporation and the DCC&R’s which are required in order to establish a homeowner’s association in
the state of Florida. Once the community was ready to open, I was responsible for the writing, formatting and updating the FTC
Long and Short Form disclosures until the community was considered sold out. Assembled and maintained the Community
Book on each project which contained pertinent information on each community such as all HOA documents, lot fits, the FTC
disclosures, addresses and reduced plans and plats. I served on the Board of Directors for 18 communities and attended
Community meetings, budget meetings and turnover meetings. I also attended and served as one of the members of all 18
Architectural Review Boards assisting in the approval or denial of all applications from homeowners.

Maintained relationships with the field Superintendents of many of the local production and custom home builders. Tracked lots
from groundbreaking state to installation of countertops and served as liaison between the builder and the offices to solve
problems and keep the jobs running in an efficient manner. Assisted the accounting department in getting invoices signed and
processed as well as being trusted to pick up payments, plans or materials needed to keep jobs current and on time. Assisted the
sales office with the acquisition of new business and attended trade shows in order to build new and maintain current business
relationships. Provided weekly time reports to management as well as a report summarizing the gathering of new information
such as new subdivisions being developed and new builders in our service area.

September 2002
Supported the entire Production department as well as the Vice President of Clinical Data
Services with letter writing, document formatting, reports, scheduling, travel arrangements
and the delivery of products. Responsible for the production, final QA and delivery of all
software products and both hard copy and electronic reports to the clients as well as managing
the graphics for the software labeling. Produced and maintained deliverable tracking

Active member of the Columbus Apartment Association, currently serving on the Associate

of the Lifestyle Communities Team and also participated in the Koman Columbus Race for
the Cure. I enjoy planning special events and have done so for several of the companies
