Prepared cost projections and cash flow reports, trained

and mentored intern engineering students, as well as new

engineering graduates' entry-level Office Engineers.

Took increasing responsibilities on various highway

construction projects for the Texas Department of

Transportation in San Antonio, such as: expansion of IH

10 West between Wurzbach Road and De Zavala and

expansion of Eckhert Road between Huebner Road and

Highway 16. I worked as Project Manager and was in

charge of the entire operation of the expansion of

Wurzbach Road between Evers Road and Seville Road, and

IH 410 bridge widening at Medina Base Road, Ray Ellison

Road, and Pearsall Road. Represented the company in

Austin, Texas, at a partnering round table organized by

the Texas Department of Transportation in 1997. This

event was a presentation to members of the construction

industry from Great Britain that were interested in

benchmarking proven successful partnering experiences.

The Department of Transportation's office in San Antonio

selected the Eckhert Road project as a model to be

included in this conference.

developed construction schedules, assisted in

coordinating the execution of the projects, elaborated

estimates for customers, supervised subcontractor's
