2007-2010: Property Manager for Grubb & Ellis, Inc, in Durham, NC with the
following responsibilities
. Took necessary measures for recruiting, training and supervising
all maintenance staff, vendors, construction, project management,
HR and leasing staff.
. Maintained 280,000 square feet of office and medical space.
. Maintained excellent tenant and client relationships.
. I solicited bids, negotiated, and executed all vendor and
