I work for the Community Based Abstinence Education (CBAE) federally

funded grant through Mission West Virginia, a non-profit organization.

Because of past performance and results with the company, I was

granted permission to manage myself and my responsibilities from

Columbus, OH. The scope of duties as a process evaluator/evaluation

liaison include but are not limited to:

. Oversee the survey administrators and the administration of all

surveys

. Oversee the grants Online Participant Tracking System (including

approval of classes, technical difficulties, reporting of

numbers from system, etc)

. Complete all federal reports and applications

. Assist the evaluation team with data analysis

. Hold monthly conference calls with all partners

. Attend any and all evaluation conferences, etc.

. Coordinate with all partners and educators to meet grant and

federal deadlines

. Use of Microsoft Office Suite and SPSS.

whole office of Mission West Virginia. The duties included but were

This was an unpaid position where I gained valuable experience through

assisting two of my psychology professors conduct a study on campus.

The tasks that I performed for this study were as follows:

. Conducted the main part of the study (obtaining research

subjects, informed consent, conducting the studies, debriefing,

etc)

. Helped make sure the study followed all IRB protocols and

regulations (informed consent, anonymous participation,

voluntary participation, etc)

. Data entry into SPSS.

All of my duties were customer service related. I answered the front

desk phone, checked individuals in and out of the hotel, and tried to

help solve and/or resolve any complaints filed by

anyone staying at the hotel.

I performed basic office duties such as: data entry, data file clean-

up, answering phones, making copies, filing, faxes, etc. I mainly

helped with the Scholarship Department during the summers by going

leadership roles on campus. I was also a member of three different

honor societies on campus.
