Spring Semester 2009- CIEE Research Station, Bonaire, Netherland Antilles- Studied coral reef ecology
and marine conservation biology, identified tropical fish and corals, learned marine field research
methods, and conducted coral reef monitoring surveys. Proposed, conducted, and published a five month
long independent research project on bar jack feeding behaviors.
