Job Responsibility
Overall responsibility: Financial planning and analysis for the various
business units in the Company, with a focus on management reporting,
forecasting and budgeting, costing, capital expenditure study and new
businesses research and cost study.
Detail responsibility:
> Monthly closing of plant accounting P&L, including reconciliation and P&L
analysis to ensure line by line of the costs and expenses are fairly and
accurately stated according to GFS (Global Financial Standard)

> Establish and maintain a comprehensive program of manufacturing variance
analysis including the development and analysis of Plant Labour and
Overhead rates that can be utilized in providing direction of management
decision making and appropriate action
> Carry out planned capital/new project/new businesses evaluation using
financial tools e.g. Internal rate of return, Net Present Value, and
payback method
> Support new start up businesses cost study and reconciliation of start up
cost estimates versus actual to ensure necessary actions/follow up were
taken on time
