Business Development

. Secured over $25 Million in project wins, with projected renewal

values over $28 Million

. Increased federal client base between 500 - 700% and increased

revenues by 450% in several previous engagements.

. Led the national business development activity, marketing to a federal

agency at command levels, involving both military and civil

infrastructure. These include: BRAC support, Asset Management,

. Organized large teams to provide the client with a matrix response in

multiple geographies. Led solicitation response and maintained

relationships with project principals throughout the life of a

project, ensuring QA and compliance with professional contracting

vehicles

. Led development of and managed a national matrix of Small Business

partners, including wide capabilities and wide geographic response

capacity to provide Agency client with a teamed approach, satisfying

their SB requirements and an increased scope of capability.

. Prepared and developed suites of service offerings into structured

programs that were then provided to the clients as marketable national

footprints of capabilities, applying them to solicitation responses

and contract captures.

Consulting/Program Management

. Served as a select consultant to USACE Field Advisory Council (FAC),

Senior Action Council (SAC) and Utility Monitoring and Control Systems

Advisory Council (UMCS)

. Served as consultant to the national Sustainability and Encroachment

summits of Joint Installation command.

. Experienced in integrating corporate capabilities from multiple

departments to offer Enterprise Program solutions to USACE and DoD.

. Developed and executed expansion of DoD G3/5/7 Defense Critical

Infrastructure Protection programs (DCIP)

for requirements in real estate management, GIS, military support and

national levee and infrastructure programs.

. Placed and supervised numerous contract Project Managers in varied

Management and provision of services for tasks such as SWD

GIS/Engineering interoperability; Fort Worth Planning services; ORM2

program and Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP)

. Analyzed business case and technical requirements for multiple USACE

locations and projects, including agency information systems, best

practices, workflow and project scheduling, management and engineering

tools such as CAD, GIS and EDMS
