. On behalf of the guarantor bank, successfully negotiated with most
recent employer's property-casualty insurer on reducing the
remaining letter of credit covering the workers' compensation &
general liability $100,000 per claim deductible program.
. Conducting property-casualty underwriting surveys on special
risks/excess accounts through a third party service company.
. Conducting facility corporate safety policy compliance audits and
providing task specific risk control consulting for a foreign owned
American based national company.

At its peak, J & A was a $100 million plus national mechanical
contractor with a payroll of over 1,000 employees. J & A also
operated Memphis based commercial and industrial HVAC and Plumbing
