-Worked closely with these outsourced customer accounts, managing day to day Production database
administrator services to ensure database integrity and availability. Functions include performance and
tuning, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, maintenance/reorgs, performance monitoring, assist
operations and software development in problem determination/resolution at the server level through client
level.
DBMS environments include UNIX, MVS, AIX, VM, NT using Oracle, Sybase, Informix, IMS, DB2 and
MS SQL server.
Responsibilities included coordinating DB issues with other operations and development organizations.
