1993 to 1999
Environmental Coordinator; The firm is principally engaged in
providing products and services in the areas of environmental
consulting, ground water, water and waste water process equipment,
operation and maintenance of this equipment, construction and
installation of this equipment, and engineering and design of this
equipment. As the Environmental Coordinator, duties included
supervision and administration of professional personnel including
engineers and geologists, interaction and coordination of regulatory
contacts, political advocacy in Code and Law development, and
supervision, management, and review of technological research and
development. Responsible for management of professional personnel in
all corporate regional offices. Responsible for all aspects of
project management and oversight with focus on cost-effectiveness and
quality improvement.
Chevron U.S.A., Inc., Products Company, Atlanta, GA
1988 to 1993
This assignment involved all aspects of Project Management functions
for both retail and bulk storage petroleum facilities owned by Chevron
in various states located in the Southeast. Responsibilities included
management of these facilities for activities associated with the
environmental assessment and remediation of contamination resulting
from their operations. This work required a thorough knowledge of the
regulations governing these activities, and an effective understanding
of the most current technological methodology for their mitigation.
Trained through Chevron's extensive resources for the improvement and
expansion of environmental skills and capabilities. Included
assignments associated with State law and rule development.
Represented Chevron U.S.A., Products Company in the development of the
Marketing companies environmental compliance computer program and it's
implementation (a program for effective management of environmental
consultant/contractor programs). Responsible for managing a project
load of approximately 120 sites with a total annual budget of
$12,000,000.00.

1987 to 1988
Geological Technician; Responsibilities included technical support of
professional development Geologists assigned to improving and
expanding field production for company owned and operated fields in
the Rocky Mountain area. This work included field mapping, in-situ
reserve estimation, geophysical technique evaluation, log analysis,
well site supervision, drill stem testing, formation coring and core
analysis, and technical computer data entry and evaluation.
Fancher Oil Company, Denver, CO 1983 to
1987
Staff Geologist; Provided consulting services to the firm involving
primarily oil and gas prospect generation. Responsibilities included
drilling recommendations, well site geology, acreage submittals and
acquisition, and prospect review, evaluation, and prospect
acquisitions. Additionally, duties included large scale regional
mapping studies, with emphasis on trend development, competitor
activities and acreage holding management as new activities indicated
prospect potential.

drilling recommendation and supervision, log analysis, screening

Mountain Basins, Los Angeles Basin, Texas Gulf Coast, and the prolific

This firm provides well site services in the area of mudlogging.
Mudlogging involves the ongoing monitoring of drilling fluids using
gas chromatography while drilling commences. This work was conducted
primarily in Texas and Oklahoma.
