QUALIFICATIONS

I have worked in Shipping and receiving departments with various companies.

I have experience driving gas powered, electric sit-down and Crown reach

forklifts. I used the forklift to load and unload trucks and I also used

the forklift to organize materials in the warehouse. I have experience

operating stretch wrap machines, box labeling machines, air-powered banding

machines, scanners, and computers. As a forklift operator some of my other

responsibilities included running a Tennant floor sweeper and keeping the

warehouse clean. I have basic computer skills.

I worked in order picking using a Crown reach truck to pick

orders, I then scan the order and drop the order at a specified

location.

2006-2008 Auto Glass Centers

I worked installing auto glass in the shop as well as on the

job sites.

2005-2006 Innophos Inc.

I worked as an E-Operator filling 55 pound bags with dry powder

chemicals, plastic wrapped the bags with a wrapping machine and

then loaded them on trucks with a forklift. I operated a floor

cleaning machine and worked painting and clean up for this

company.

2005 J.R. Short Milling

I filled rail cars with corn products, operated filling machines

and ran a spotter engine for rail cars and a fork lift to move

material to the warehouse.

I worked as a maintenance helper and did janitorial duties.

As a sub-contractor I worked cleaning up scrap building

materials, vacuumed floors of new homes and removed water from

basement floors with a shop vac and electric pump.

At Fuchs I worked as a filler operator of lubricants and used a

forklift to load trucks with finished materials. I also worked

as a temp in a warehouse and a steel mill.

I worked as a route man traveling to sites to remove and install

all types of auto glass in vehicles as well as heavy equipment.

I worked as a shop man repairing windows, screens and doors for

homes. I also did odd glass jobs, such as special orders on

custom and antique cars. Occasionally I worked as a glazer for

commercial businesses and auto glass installation.
