Responsible for carrying out the principles of emergency preparedness and
emergency management, or disaster management functions. Coordinates and
directs the planning, organization, control and implementation of
emergency management activities. Manages operations and maintains the
Emergency Operation Center (EOC). Establishes and maintains agency

Served as Senior Personnel Sergeant for a consolidated Personnel
Administrative Center in one of the largest contingency for Rapid
Deployment Transportation Terminal Battalion in the Army; responsible for
ensuring combat readiness through administrative management of all
personnel matters for five companies and three detachments with over 900
authorized Soldiers in 57 different military occupational specialties,
establishes plans, policies and procedures for the Human Resources
Department. Ensured smooth daily operations of the administrative office

approximately 5,000 personnel to include the National Guard and the
