North Vernon Industry Corp is a gray iron foundry producing forklift
truck counterweights and similar application castings from 1500lb -
8500lb.
Hired in Dec. 2004 as an Independent Contractor for the completion of
the construction, and equipment installation of NVIC Plant 2.
Upon completion in Feb. 2005 and becoming an employee I was assigned
the design, construction and equipment installation of Plant 3.
In April of 2008 NVIC asked me if I would develop a Pilot Plant for
the manufacture of larger castings using the Furan process. This
project was undertaken and using available used equipment was
completed and fully operational by Oct. 2008.
Held the position of Director of No-Bake Foundry Process Engineering
until May of 2009 when NVIC had it's first staff reduction. I then
became Technical Advisor until Jan. 2010.

President of manufacturers representative organization, principles
being General Kinematics Corp., Roberts Sinto Corp., SandMold Systems

Provided proprietary equipment, systems engineering and installation

Mueller Corp., Teksid Aluminum, Intermet Corp and Citation Corp.

supervision of large corporate expenditures including such projects as
the installation of a MK 4 Disamatic molding System at Texas Foundries
