and notifies contact person of restaurant deliveries for 21 Wendy
restaurants. Sets up packages for all store managers to pick up required
restaurant supplies. Manages payroll transmittals and weekly payrolls for
all store employees. Files all office paper work into individual store
folders daily, to include terminated persons no longer employed with
Wendy's. Creates new hire files for incoming personnel. Completes W-4
information for the Employee Security Commission and faxes completed forms
back to the ESC. Maintains daily Sales Reports for all stores. Answers
all Customer Complaint letters and manages the Customer Complaint Log.
Mails out appropriate actions to dissatisfied customers.
