My responsibilities at Driscoll Children’s Craniofacial & Cleft Center included, however not
limited to, managed patient and Dr. Fashemo schedules, managed parent and patient complaints,

department, Kronos timekeeping, office equipment upkeep, supply orders, and communicating
with building manager regarding appropriate office needs, perform employee
reviews/evaluations, maintain employee and doctor records including licensing, sick and vacation
leave, Excel data base development, processing all financial contracts, posting charges and
payments, billing and collections, insurance verification and filing government and private
insurance both dental and medical online and paper claims, appeals and prior authorizations.
After notification of clinic closure, I assisted patients and parents in transfer of care, provided
patient records to new provider and was responsible for closure of all contracts and account
reconciliation with patients, insurance companies and Driscoll Children’s Hospital. Assist
administrative staff in special projects.
