Responsible for making sure all the carts and
debris are removed from the parking lot and other
areas of the store. As a Cashier I was responsible
for ringing the customer's groceries and bagging
them effectively. Also interacting with them and
making sure that they got the best service
possible. As a Grocery Clerk I was responsible for
stocking groceries and organizing the products,
also helping customer's find products they were
looking for. As a Front-End Coordinator I was
responsible for making sure that the day to day
operations of the store run smoothly. Make sure
that customer's find the products that they are
looking for. Assist the cashier with any problems
or help that they may need. Make sure that the
customer's are leaving satisfied. Work closely
with the Front-End Team Leader to address issues
that we can change to make the Front-End better.
Customer Service Champion
2009-present As a customer service champion I was part of a team
that had to coach and implement customer service
strategies to every employee in the store. I had to
teach the employees on what excellent customer
service is and ways to deal with certain
situations. The classes were 4 hours each and
there were anywhere from 8 to 12 employees per
class. Very rewarding and great experience on
talking to a group of people.
United Way Chairperson
2010-present I am responsible for talking with every team member
and explaining what United Way as an organization
does and try and get them to donate money from
their checks to help this cause. This also
included working with the Store Team Leader about
reaching our goals and ways we can reach our goal.
