Professional Experience
I have worked in a variety of offices. I have held numerous positions from
a bank teller to an office manager in a fast paced therapy office. I have
excellent scheduling, billing and coding (Professional and Institutional),
office management, and accounting skills. I have raised accounts receivable
by 70% by introducing a more efficient billing system in a therapy office
that I manage. I love working with the public and my customer service
skills are superb. I truly believe a great business starts with the
customer and how they are treated.
I can multi-task and I am a very fast learner. My work manner is precise
and I do not accept anything unless it is correct and completed to the
fullest extent.
