EXPERIENCE

1.MASSEUR/INFORMATION PERSONNEL 2014

Babel Palace Spa and Wellness Home

Kemer, Antalya,Turkey.

* I give different kinds of massages (Relax massage, Honey medical massage, Thai skill massage, mix therapy massage, shiatsu and so on) for guests on a daily basis.

* I receive informations in Turkish and give in English to English speaking guests and sometimes I do the same to French speaking guests. I also do this task outside the Spa in the Spa affiliated hotel. This is a role generally known as translator.

* Medically, I give advice to guests on which massage to take to suitably match their conditions of health

2. PHYSICAL & HEALTH EDUCATION/ENGLISH

* I was responsible for teaching the college senior classes theoretically in class and practically on field in the subject titled physical and health education.

3. WAREHOUSE ASSISTANCE SUPPORT HAND

2008 – 2012

* In this multinational company with a loud name, the responsibilities of every employee is indeed a colossal one. BAT is the most demanding place I've ever worked and truly, the best.

* I received (made counting) into the warehouse the goods produced on my shift and ensured a balanced reconciliation of figures with the production department.

* In a 10 man shift, I supervised eight men in rendering excellent sales services to customers and gave back reports to the Warehouse Assistant who is the head of shift. Also reported the detailed records of goods' shipment directly to the warehouse manager after my shift run before the shift goes on off days.

* Supported the operations in finished goods store in storage and dispatch of finished goods and receipt of imported goods. Also took part in warehouse monthly stock taking, inputting and balancing the figures per brand on paper with the one on system.

* I was responsible for taking records of product codes prior to shipment to customers, ensuring that FIFO is strictly followed in the course and keeping these records in files and computer on daily basis for reference purpose.

* Worked with export desk to fast track export shipment, ensured that goods were loaded in dirt and beetle free containers (truck), took photographs of containers before and after loading for record keeping.

* As a trained industrial trucks operator, I drove Forklift in loading, offloading and arranging goods. With Forklift, I also moving materials and goods from one place to the other.

* Due to my organisational skill and love for sport, I was made the coordinator of sport in Warehouse department. This role saw me organised sport competitions withing the department and worked as member in the branch sports committee. Also i led the department in every inter-departmental sports competition.

4. RESERVATION PERSONNEL. 2008

* AirLinka Travel and Tour, No 28 Dikat House Ring Road Challenge, Ibadan Oyo State, Nigeria.

1. As a reservation personnel, I received clients to my desk in kind gesture, listened to their needs, attend to them and/or direct them where necessary.

2. I dished out letters in my own words signed by the manager to be forwarded to our business partners. Also i sent and replied emails on a daily basis.

3. My core responsibility was to attend to clients searching for Flight and Hotel rates and the availability. Therefore, I made Pre booking and final reservation for clients frequently.

4. AirLinka also sells visa processing and tour guide service, so I handled cash and cheques given and issued respectively by clients to cover any necessary billing of service and gave a full account of personal sales per day.

5. I assisted in arrangement of documents for clients demanding visa processing service from the company.

5. MARKETING PERSONNEL. 2007

* As a marketing personnel, I was responsible for searching for prospects (Possible Clients), canvassing them and selling to them the company products which were insurance policies of different packages.
