Fully responsible for management of the credit/accounts receivable

functions including:

. Management of the billing and cash application processes. (2 direct

reports), Manage and resolve issues surrounding account payments, credits

and charge-backs and facilitate customer payments for past due accounts,

and special reports for management as required.

September 2007 to October 2008 - Accounting Manager

. Manage all aspects of General Accounting, and Accounts Payable. Initiate

and manage month-end and quarter-end financial reporting for company,

corporate and retail location bank reconciliations, and financial analysis

required for general ledger reconciliation to balance sheet and income

statement reports. Monitor daily transactions of treasury management

services and issue corresponding journal entries. Serve as liaison

manager for financial audits by bank and independent auditing firms.

Approve, set up, and manage pricing files for Sales Administration

function, as well as set up and management of customer master file

process.

September 2006 to September 2007 - Manager, Customer Financial Credit

Services

. Added management of customer service to credit management function.

Manage and monitor 6 customer service representatives and 2 credit

personnel. Manage call center operations including managerial decision-

making assistance to Sales, Distribution and Repair in order to maximize

selling and shipment operations.

February 2001 to Sept 2006 - Credit Manager

. Responsible for budget preparation, tracking of departmental expenses, as

well as full responsibility of A/R - Credit function. Report directly to

CFO and daily interaction with Senior Management Team to assist in

management decisions. Manage AR portfolio of approximately $20+ million.

December 1997 to February 2001 - Customer Financial Credit Services

Operations Specialist

. Manage Customer Financial Credit Services department and specific

customer's A/R (350+ accounts including national department stores such as

Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Nordstorm's, Neiman Marcus, etc. as well as

government accounts). Maintain a daily close working relationship with the

Sales / Marketing departments and members of the Senior Management Team.

. Identify and initiate contact with customers to expedite payments of past

due amounts and disputed amounts. Respond to customer questions regarding

status of accounts and provide requested information as required for

payment and resolution.

. Review and make credit worthy decisions regarding new accounts

. Manage and maintain A/R Reporting Function: Analyze, calculate and report

A/R and deduction statistics. (i.e., calculate DSO, bad debt reserve

adequacy)

. Manage lockbox payment applications performed by Cash Application Clerk

to assure proper application. Analyze A/R reports and contact customers by

phone or written correspondence to identify and resolve past due and

disputed amounts.

. May 1990 to Dec 1997 - Financial Accounting Assistant

. Directly assisted VP Finance and Executive Team including administrative

support, meeting and travel preparations. Finance department

responsibilities included preparing corporate and retail location bank

reconciliations, monthly reporting package and presentation materials,
