Executive Support/Administrative
Soul support to four Directors, duties included, but was not limited to,
responsible for calendars, daily schedules, messages, mail, travel
arrangements, and travel expenses. Researched, and arranged off site
functions for 4-164 employees. Director appointed me Chairman of Activity,
Recreation, & Moral Committee, with a budget, which I came in below the
goal at year end. ARM group consisted of eight people, which I managed.
Created, and implemented a group calendar in a shared environment for
recording absences for entire team use.
Hardware/Software
Experienced with multiple lines of incoming phone calls,10-key,
Copy/Scanning Machine, Polycon, binding machine, transcription machines.
Some of the software experience includes Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes,
GCIC, and World Travel Database. I set up work stations for new employees,
to include desk PC, desk phones, and cell phones. Prepared reports to
include charts and graphs for tracking and inventory purposes. Put together

Customer Service
Negotiated with over 170 outside vendors for fair pricing, and fast
delivery of product to ensure timely delivery. Conducted phone

up visitors security passes, hotel, and car reservations, created a packet
with maps and choices for food, entertainment activities. Scheduled
