Please allow this letter to express my interest in the position of
Technical Support Representative with your organization. I believe that I
posses the necessary qualifications and would be a good candidate for your
organization. Please refer to my Glacier Water and City of Myrtle Beach.
Both positions required exceptional analytical and problem solving skills,
customer service skills, an ability to deal with customer issues in a
satisfactory manner, administration of related clerical functions, and
proficient record keeping and organizational skills. I have phone skills,
switchboard experience, and usual and customary related office skills. My
supervisory experience demonstrates that I am a self-starter, multi-
tasking, motivated, and can work without direct supervision if needed. My
experience with Jackson Hewitt demonstrates an understanding of basic
accounting and financial concepts
Additionally, I have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
applications, and am familiar with other various software applications. I
have basic network skills and knowledge of hardware configuration also. I
am seeking this position so that I may continue to contribute my skills and
abilities to an organization. I believe I would bring a maturity and
dependability to this position that would appeal to you as an employer.
I understand that this position is an entry level position. I am
retired from government service and I am seeking to bring my skills and
abilities to a new organization where hopefully, they can be utilized to
the benefit of your organization. I would be available at any time for
further discussion, or to answer any questions, regarding this application
for employment. I thank you in advance for your time and consideration in
this matter.
