Client services, marketing, PR, and business development for technical

pursue sales position in mortgage lending industry.

bank-owned mortgage company. 42 million in loans funded in 1998 & 1999.
Supervised processors, wholesalers appraisers and other vendors.
Underwriting for 5M+ annual portfolio fixed and new construction loans.

Responsible for outside sales to realtors, builders, and inside sales to

Countrywide, Wholesale Account Executive (Feb. '97 to July '97) -
Responsible for direct and consultative sales to banks, credit unions,
S&L's and builder owned mortgage companies in Oregon & SW Washington.
Doubled active client list from 6 to 12 lenders and doubled monthly loan
volume from 10 to 20 loans. Left to start mortgage company for 1st
Independent Bank.
Columbia Credit Union, Real Estate Manager (1993 to 1996) - Responsible
for daily operations, planning, and product development for Columbia Credit
Union's real estate department. Underwrote 15M+ annual in portfolio 1st
mortgages and HELOCS. Managed introduction of 2nd mortgage, home equity,
home improvement and brokered 1st mortgage product lines. Quadrupled loan
volume in 3 years. Managed 13M annual loan volume pipeline and staff of
five. Left to gain wholesale lending experience.
Allegro Productions, Independent Producer/Consultant (1989 to 1992) -
Television production and media consulting services to clients including
Kawasaki, Science Screen Report, IBM, Advantis and Sears. Winner of
multiple awards for new product introduction and product training programs.
Consulted on content and production requirements for ICN, IBM's nationwide
in-house business television network.
IBM Corporation, Staff Communications Specialist (1983 to 1989) - Writing,
