. Assigned to a 9 member management staff that processed over 1400 RFIs,
4000 submittals, 43 bulletins and 114 ASIs.
. Coordinated nearly $11MM of custom, state-of-the-art theatrical systems
(counterweight rigging, performance draperies and adjustable acoustics,
performance lighting, sound, and video, performance dimming, performance
lifts, audience chamber chandelier, and audience seating).
. Coordinated installations and inspections of all elevator scope,
consisting of 5 tractions, 2 hydraulics, 4 LU/LAs, and 1 wheelchair lift,
valued at $2.5MM.
. Co-coordinated installation and start-up of the Mechanical, Electrical,
Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems, totaling $26MM.
. Created bid packages, reviewed subcontractor proposals, and assisted with
bid tabulations for all Theatrical scope, Elevator scope, and MEP and
Fire Sprinkler scopes.
. Conducted on-site work sessions between the design architect and elevator
subcontractor for resolution of submittal review comments to expedite
approval of custom cab finishes.
. Organized and recorded weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
. Produced work products that assimilated, coordinated, and clarified
complicated design concepts.
. Built innovative, scale-model mockups to demonstrate and confirm design
intent, constructability, and ADA compatibility to the design architects,
