. Ensured all deliverables remained within contract specifications by

establishing tracking systems for key metrics such as testing,

inspections, and construction quantities.

. Developed site-specific Quality Control Manuals, inspection reports and

job books

. Served as the main point of contact with third party testing

subcontractors' personnel and owners' quality control manager.

. Began revision of corporate quality control manual targeting specific

construction areas for field personnel usage and developing a

"dictionary" of quality control definitions and standard industry

inspection/testing forms.

. Prevented a $400,000 penalty for not completing contractually required

electrical testing before a set date by recommending renegotiation of the

penalty clause based on industry standards for such tests.

. Managed quality on 2 sites 400 miles apart through proactive

communication and developing strong relationships with each site's

construction manager.
