Responsible for the operation of a 250,000 square foot, privately held,
lighting manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the owner, this is a
"turn around" project. I have been tasked with assessing the current
operation and implementing changes to staffing, tooling, and processes with
the objective to cost effectively improve EBITA. Key immediate projects
