V 25+ years accomplished in Plumbing, Waterworks, HVAC, Project
Management, Procurement Manager in Electrical/Piping in the
Commercial, Residential, Industrial/Oilfield and manufacturing arenas.
Skills that embrace being a Planner, Purveyor, Manager, People Person,
Project Manager, Estimator and Finance person.
V Hire, train, and evaluate employees to work efficiently with a high
sense of professionalism, urgency, and positive customer service
attitude, making customer service and satisfaction the highest
precedence.
V Manage operating cost, and operating ratios to perform at or better
than prior year and financial plan, as well as, monitor manufactured
goods supply, manage procurements as well as vendor negotiations,
reconcile all physical inventory adjustments and diminish slow moving
inventory.
V Present day-to-day leadership, coordination, and direction for the
management of contracts with customers.
V Provide oversight for the department that develops bid proposals and
assist in the efforts to secure contract bidding and negotiating.

Eclipse and Trilogy systems. Good working knowledge in AutoCAD and
Solid works E-drawings programs.
