. Designed three new aluminum multi-position fixtures that effectively

reduced production space by 600%.

. Developed a customized vacuum & R-410a refrigerant charge station which

increased production by 50%, reduced power consumption from 6 amps down

to 1.5, and reduced refrigerant recycle from 5 oz to .25 oz.

. Designed an integration of a pressure booster system to increase nitrogen

pressure from 250 to 600 psi - effectively saving $15k per year and

having a ROI in the first year.

. Devised a new production line that greatly increased productivity by 138%

consistently.
