of desktop support in the IT department at Olive Harvey College. Involved
with the deployment of desktop's and laptop's computers to labs for
student, offices for academic, administrative uses, and other location on
campus. General troubleshooting of PC's, and network problems. Evaluation
of hardware, and software for upgrades, fix, or disposal. Inventorying of
all PC equipment. Installing of virus protection software, and deployment
of images on new PC's workstation, and laptops. Creation of new user

problems to quickly resolve them. Furthermore, was in charge of upgrading
all of the software from Office 1997 to Office XP, and also upgraded the
Linux systems from Red Hat 6.0 to Red Hat 8, and used my programming skills
