Receives, verifies and prepares client work (checks, deposits) for proof
encoding operation and transit processing. Utilize a 10-key proof and
encoding machine to add coded information (account numbers, dollar
amounts) to client work (checks, deposits).Balance encoded work to provide
totals.
Apply multi-bank procedures as directed.
Verify out of balance transactions within bank proof work.
Write correction forms and provide appropriate documentation to resolve out
of balance items if required.
Prep work for sorter function.
