Trained newly hired staff on all aspects and

procedures set forth by the company. Also performed

30 and 90 day performance reviews with follow up

training as required for quality assurance. Call

monitoring of collectors for compliance as set by our

clients.

2000 FOX68 WSYT/UPN43 WNYS Master Control Operator

Broadcast overnight programming for these two

affiliates. Also downloaded and recorded content to

play at a later date via satellite. Equipment

maintenance. First line of communication with the

public in the event of the activation of the

Emergency Broadcast System.

100- 150 depending on time of
