• Mark was project manager on a program to roll out the Windows 7 operating system and
associated applications to Northwestern Mutual home offices and field offices. Mark worked with
the program manager, outcome manager and other project managers to make sure that third party
vendor information was communicated to the right people at the right time. He also created a
database to track and manage Internal and third party applications to make sure they complied with
Windows 7 standards. He also helped manage schedule risks and cost risks for this $14m
program.
