Project: THD OMS (Order management Systems) v10 Upgrade Project.

OMS is a ecommerce/.com/web based application. The OMS Upgrade Project is

to upgrade the homedepot.com current Order Management System (OMS) from

version 6.4.5 to version 10.1.8. It included the following items:

. Upgrade the OMS to the current release version 10.1.x

. Stand up an instance of Blue Martini Contact Center 10.1.8 and migrate

all CSR functions for homedepot.com out of OMS and into Contact

Center.

. Modify the feeds from WCS to move from an item level feed only to a

full catalog level feed as Blue Martini is an ecommerce platform and

requires the same level of data that WCS currently receives in order

to operate.

. Using shared services, put processes in place to keep the Contact

Center and OMS order databases in sync.

. Activate support for WCS orders tendered with PayPal.

o Modify OMS Reports to include PayPal tender

o Modify full auth to skip PayPal

. Create re-auth process in the event of price override on PayPal tender

Project: RBS, Retail Billing System.

Bharti Airtel is structured into four strategic business units - Mobile,

Telemedia, Enterprise and Digital TV. The mobile business offers services

in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The Telemedia business provides

broadband, IPTV and telephone services in 95 Indian cities. The Digital TV

business provides Direct-to-Home TV services across India. The Enterprise

business provides end-to-end telecom solutions.

Retail Billing System is the enterprise billing system for the Retail

customers across various markets. It's a ecommerce/.com/web based

application It communicates with the provisioning system in real-time

(Oracle Steams replication) to gather information reg. Accounts,

subscribers, features and offerings. And loads usage data from many source

market using Loader modules running in UNIX. There is a Rating Engine that

rates daily usage based on customer's plans and overages and then runs Bill

Cycle processing to generate Bills in XML and PDF and send to customers by

posting on online website.

Role

> Was involved in QA testing the project deliverables related to the Unix

processes for Loader, Rating Engine and Bill Cycle Processor.

> Was involved in analyzing business requirements Use cases, System

Requirements and HLD (high level design elements).

centers through direct or mutual interactions. It is built using Microsoft

.NET architecture interfacing to a MS SQL Server 2000 database.

provider at Mumbai, India, working as carriers and brokers with clients all

over the country. Worked as part of Testing team for the in-house developed

software product called TAMS (Transportation Administration Management

System), that integrates various modules such as Dispatch, Accounting,

Management and other advanced functions. The application is a client/server

GUI application and is developed using Visual Basic and Crystal Reports,

interacting with a MS SQL Server 2000 database.

Role:

> As part of the Software Testing team, I was involved in analyzing TAMS'

product specifications and design for documenting Test plan requirements

and test cases/results in Excel/Word. These were later migrated into

TestDirector.
