Claims/Nurse Case Mgt Assistant (2/2005 - 7/2009)

Duties included:

RA-Rep Assistant: Assisting the Insurance Adjusters with daily

tasks, such as adding the appropriate Reserves for Claims (TTD,

Legal, Medical bills,) properly entering and paying

Provider/Attorney Invoices, documenting any and all phone

transactions, sorting and mailing TTD payments to Clients,

Attorneys, and various medical facilities. Also responsible for

scanning, sorting, or/and faxing and mailing Client medical records

and various legal forms to the appropriate legal or medical parties

NCM-Nurse Case Management Assistant- Responsibilities included

assisting the on-site Nurses with case management duties,

requesting and reviewing medical records for injured workers
