IT Helpdesk Technician

Responsibilities: Reimaged computers and added software and hardware. Installed printer

drivers and added printers to the network server, and removed paper jams. Trouble shoot network

problems (computers are not able to get an IP Address), terminating Cat5e cable. Troubleshoot

helpdesk problems either by phone or email.

computers. I would help walking customer through on setting up their computer for the first time.

I would also instruct how to create a system restore for their computers. I would help fix

whatever problems with their computers, and setup RMA’s.

Responsibilities: Provided IT support, installed programs and maintain them, updated the

database with patient data, removed viruses, updated the operating systems, and Office 2003. I

also did research for the doctors (looking up web pictures of people that have psoriasis, acne, and

other diseases).
