Developed a Semi-Annual Group New Employee Orientation Session. The
orientation session was the first to be carried out in four years.

considerations. Duties included screening of applications, ensuring the
completion of reference check authorization forms, cover letters, resumes and
other documents essential to complete the university application process.

Developed an Employee Recognition Program for all non-faculty employees
at the university. The employee recognition program was the first one
developed to serve non-faculty employees at the university.
